舒肝健脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

Clinical Research of Decoction of Shu-gan Jian-pi on Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察舒肝健脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的180例患者,随机分为两组。治疗组90例,给予舒肝健脾汤口服;对照组90例,予得舒特。两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组痊愈14例,显效33例,有效34例,无效9例,总有效率为90.00%(95%CI=83.80%～96.20%);对照组痊愈4例,显效19例,有效42例,无效25例,总有效率为72.22%(95%CI=62.97%～81.47%);两组综合疗效比较(u=3.969 0,P=0.000 1),差异有显著性意义。两组症状积分参数比较,治疗组优于对照组(u=-8.049 7,P=0.000 0)。不良反应发生率,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组复发率比较比较,试验组低于对照组(χ2=9.891 7,P<0.01)。结论:中药舒肝健脾汤治疗D-IBS的疗效优于得舒特,其收益为OR=0.29(95%CI=0.13～0.66),NNT=6(95%CI=3.42～15.77);其复发率的收益为,OR=0.15(95%CI=0.04～0.54),NNT=3(95%CI=1.88～8.08)。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Shu-gan Jian-pi on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： 180 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 90 cases in treatment group were given to Decoction of Shu-gan Jian-pi orally taken, and the other 90 ones in control group were given to dice- tel. One treatment group included 4 weeks. Results： In treatment group 14 cases were cured, 33 ones excellent, 34 ones effective, and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 90. 00% （95% CI =83.80% -96. 20% ）. In control group 4 cases were cured, 19 ones excellent, 42 ones effective, and 25 ones ineffective. The total effec- tive rate was 72. 22% （95% CI = 62. 97% -81.47% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups on integrated effect （ u = 3.969 0, P = 0. 000 1 ）. Treatment group was better than control group on symptom score （ u = 8. 049 7, P = 0. 000 0）. But there was not significant difference on the incidence rate of adverse effects. And on the recurrence rate treatment group was lower than control group （X2 =9. 891 7, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Decoction of Shu-gan Jian-pi has better effect on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome than dicetel, OR = 0. 29 （95% CT = 0. 13 - 0. 66）, NNT = 6 （95% CI = 3.42 - 15.77）, and on the recurrence rate, OR = 0.15 （95 % CI =0.04-0. 54）, NNT =3 （95%CI =1.88 -8.08）.
