摘要作为医疗救援的主体，大型医疗机构往往重视重大灾难或公共卫生事件发生后的应急救援能力，很少关注其自身的紧急疏散问题。《新英格兰医学杂志》对洛杉矶北岭大地震中医院的安全疏散行动进行总结评价后，大型医疗机构在重大灾难或突发情况下的应急疏散策略才引起了广泛关注。
