摘要
论述了确定电能质量的指标 ,并指出应该从技术性指标和服务性指标两方面加以衡量。提出了采用模糊原理综合多项指标 ,实现电力质量定量评价的方法。最后简述了电力质量评价的实现问题。
Quantitatively evaluating the quality of power commodity is significant in electricity market. This paper discusses indices that determine the quality of electric power, shows that service indices as well as technical indices should be taken to measure the quality. A procedure employing fuzzy theory to synthesize these indices, and to arrive at the quantitative evaluation of electric power quality is proposed. Also, some ideas on implementation of quality evaluation are given.
