A new circuit scheme of drive,protect,signal distribution and delay for IGBT is proposed.This scheme has the following advantages:high reverse turn off voltage,regulatable V ce action voltage,low cost,easy substitution and repair.It has the future to replace the widly used specified circuit EXB 840/841 and EXB 850/851.The whole circuit structure and the specified IC chip IXDP 630/631 for pulse distribution,dead-time delay are introduced in detail.
