When the power source is turn on the angle location between the transmitter and the receiver is stochastic in angle controlling system of the two channels auto adjusting angle motor.Usually,it can be adjusted to sync location by the circuit.When the error is 180°,it may lead to false sync.This paper presents a method by addition voltage and rotating stator.It can effectively remove 180°error simultaneously,system precision can be ensured.
