Rapid screening of chromium-tainted gelatin capsules by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry

目的:建立波长色散X射线荧光法快速筛查铬超标明胶胶囊。方法:20批明胶胶囊经冷冻后破碎,利用校准曲线分析胶囊中铬含量。结果:20批明胶胶囊的铬含量经波长色散X射线荧光法测定的结果与原子吸收法测定的结果没有显著性差异。结论:该方法灵敏度高、简便、可行,适用于药用明胶空心胶囊中铬含量的快速筛查。

Objective： To establish a wavelength dispersive X -ray fluorescence spectrometric method to rapidly screen the chromium - tainted gelatin capsules. Methods： The modified standard curve was set up to determine the concentration of chromium in 20 batches of gelatin capsules, which were frozen and then crushed into fragments be- fore test. Results ： The chromium concentration values of 20 batches of gelatin capsules determined by X - ray fluo- rescence spectrometry were not significantly different from that determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Con- clusion：The method developed was highly sensitive, simple and feasible, and was suitable for the rapid screening of chromium - tainted gelatin capsules in practice.
