摘要
目的:建立波长色散X射线荧光法快速筛查铬超标明胶胶囊。方法:20批明胶胶囊经冷冻后破碎,利用校准曲线分析胶囊中铬含量。结果:20批明胶胶囊的铬含量经波长色散X射线荧光法测定的结果与原子吸收法测定的结果没有显著性差异。结论:该方法灵敏度高、简便、可行,适用于药用明胶空心胶囊中铬含量的快速筛查。
Objective: To establish a wavelength dispersive X -ray fluorescence spectrometric method to rapidly screen the chromium - tainted gelatin capsules. Methods: The modified standard curve was set up to determine the concentration of chromium in 20 batches of gelatin capsules, which were frozen and then crushed into fragments be- fore test. Results : The chromium concentration values of 20 batches of gelatin capsules determined by X - ray fluo- rescence spectrometry were not significantly different from that determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Con- clusion:The method developed was highly sensitive, simple and feasible, and was suitable for the rapid screening of chromium - tainted gelatin capsules in practice.
