反相高效液相色谱法测定三维樟柳碱膜中维生素E的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法测定三维樟柳碱膜中维生素E的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为填充剂,以甲醇为流动相A;乙酸乙酯-异丙醇(93∶7)为流动相B;甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相C,进行梯度洗脱。检测波长为285 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:维生素E在0.2983~0.4972μg范围内线性良好;平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=1.3%)。结论:本法简单、快速,适用于三维樟柳碱膜的质量控制。 Objective: To develop a method for the content determination of vitamin E in compound vitamin A, vi- tamin E, vitamin U and anisodine pellicles. Method: The study was carried out on a high performance liquid chro- matography using a column packed with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel. A gradient elution program was per- formed, methanol as mobile phase A, a mixture of ethyl acetate - isopropyl alcohol (93 : 7 ) as the mobile phase B, and a mixture of methanol - water (40: 60) as the mobile phase C. The detection wavelength was 285 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1. Results : The linear range of vitamin E was 0. 2983 ixg - 0. 4972 μg( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery of vitamin E was 99.9% (RSD = 1.3% ) ;Conclusion: The established method is accurate, relia- ble, convenient, and with good reproducibility in content determination of vitamin E in compound vitamin A, vitamin E,vitamin U and anisodine pellicles.
