摘要
目的:建立聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物测定方法的不确定度评定方法。方法:依据标准YBB00022002[1]测定聚丙烯输液瓶中易氧化物的量,依据JF1059—1999[2]确定测量不确定度的分量,合成不确定度。结果:当聚丙烯输液瓶中易氧化物的量为0.304 mL时,合成不确定为0.028 mL,扩展不确定度为0.056 mL,结果表示为:(0.304±0.056)mL,k=2。结论:掌握聚丙烯输液瓶易氧化物的测量不确定度评定方法,能帮助检验人员确定测定结果的可靠程度,确保测定结果准确可靠。
Objective : To establish an evaluation method for the uncertainty of the easy oxide in polypropylene infu- sion bottle. Method:The amount of easy oxide in the polypropylene infusion bottle was determined according to the standard YBB00022002,the measurement uncertainty was confirmed according to JF1059 -1999,and then the un- certainty was combined. Result:When the amount of easy oxide in polypropylene infusion bottle was 0. 304 mL,the combined uncertainty was 0. 028 mL and the expanded uncertainty was 0. 056 mL. Results were expressed as: (0. 304 ± 0. 056)mL, k = 2. Conclusion:The master of measurement uncertainty evaluation method in polypropyl- ene infusion bottle can help inspectors determine the reliability of measurement results, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
