彩色多普勒超声在子宫切口瘢痕妊娠诊断中的应用价值

Clinical application of Color Doppler Flowing Imaging in the diagnosis of caesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在子宫切口瘢痕妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析21例彩色多普勒超声诊断为子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的超声声像图表现。结果 21例切口瘢痕妊娠病例中,单纯孕囊型6例,不均质团块型11例,胎盘植入型2例,超声诊断符合率90.5%,误诊2例,误诊率9.5%。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的最佳方法,有着重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging（CDFI） in the diagnosis of caesarean scar pregnancy（CSP）.Methods The ultrasonographic signs of 21 CSP cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 21 cases,6 were diagnosed as simple gestational sac type,11 as blocky mass type and 2 as placenta implantation type while 2 were misdiagnosed.The coincidence rate was 90.5% and the misdiagnosis rate was 9.5%.Conclusion CDFI is the best approach to the diagnosis of CSP and plays a key role in clinical application.
