低温等离子手术治疗会厌囊肿116例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨支撑喉镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿的临床疗效及手术技巧。方法 116例患者行支撑喉镜下低温等离子会厌囊肿消融术,观察疗效及并发症情况。结果 116例患者术后症状改善满意,无严重并发症发生,经6~12个月随访,无复发,黏膜光滑。结论支撑喉镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿手术时间短、术后反应轻,恢复快,疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the curative effect and the technical of the treatment for epiglottis cyst by low temperature plasma on laryngoscope.Methods 116 cases of epiglottis cyst were treated by by Low temperature plasma on laryngoscope,to observe the curative effect and complication.Results 116 cases of epiglottis cyst were satisfied afteroperation,without serious complication,there were no recurrence during a followed up for 6~12 months after operation.Mucous membrane was Smooth.Conclusion The operation for epiglottis cyst by Low temperature plasma on laryngoscop was safe and effective。
