腹腔镜阑尾切除术临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic appendectomy

目的总结探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用的经验及体会。方法回顾性分析64例在我院行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果全部患者手术顺利,手术时间平均60min,出血5～20ml,术后切口感染2例,随访平均8个月,无其他术后等并发症发生。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有手术创伤小,出血少,康复快,并发症少等优点,是安全、有效的阑尾切除术式,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic appendectomy experience.Methods Retrospective analysis of 64 cases in our hospital laparoscopic appendectomy for appendicitis in patients with clinical data.Results All patients with smooth operation,operation time was 60 min,5~20 ml bleeding,2 case postoperative infection,were followed for a mean of 8 months,no other postoperative complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy with small operation wound,less bleeding,rapid recovery,fewer complications,is a safe,effective an appendectomy,worthy of clinical application
