Discussion on Interconnection between Northeast and North China Power Networks

从东北、华北电网的现状和发展趋势分析联网效益，论证2电网采用交流联网的可行性，针对联网引起东北电网省间稳定水平下降的问题提出解决措施，利用转动惯量的概念解释联网后稳定水平变化的原因。

Based on the analysis of present state and prospect of Northeast and North China power networks and benefit of their interconnection, the paper studies the feasibility of AC interconnection and measures to prevent from degrading stability limit between these two networks. The paper also explains the main reason of stability limit change after interconnection with the concept of moment inertia.
