通过山东和华北2电网的发展，分析2电网联网效益、联网方案、联网性质，以及联网后对各自电网结构和稳定性的影响，并对山东电网与周边电网联网提出建议。

In line with the development of North China and Shandong provincial power networks,the paper discusses the scheme,benefit and characteristics of the interconnection between these two power networks.The impact to each of the network configuration and stability limit after the interconnection is analyzed,some proposals Shandong Power Network to connect with neighboring power networks are also presented.
