摘要
规划是土地管理的"龙头",高质量的数据是实施的保障。目前,规划修编时利用的软件不一而足,较常见的有ArcGis、MapGis、Mapinfo、KqTools等,但编制的数据质量却参差不齐,除了编制人员本身具备的水平和素质外,技术应用也是重要影响因素。本文着重介绍利用ArcGis软件、基于Geodatabase,如何精确、便利的进行地图缩编、避免图斑破碎、储存规划信息、提取地类平衡数据、计算基本农田净面积等,从而出色地完成规划修编及数据库建设。
Overall plan is ＂leader＂ of land management, and the quality of the data is the implementation of protection. Currently, softwares revision planning borrowed are so forth, the more common AreGis, MapGis, Mapinfo, KqTools,but the preparation of the data quality is variable, in addition to the level and quality of person prepared, the application of the technology is also an important influencing factor. This paper focuses on the use of AreGis software based Geodatabase, how accurate and convenient downsizing map, avoid polygons crushing, storage planning information extracted class-balance data, calculate the net area of basic farmland, so well done planning revision and Database Construction.
