摘要
通过火焰原子吸收分光光度法重复6次测定矿石中铜的含量,计算标准偏差,并用标准添加法,计算回收率,阐明了矿石中铜的含量不确定度的评定步骤和评定方法,归纳出铜的含量测定的不确定度分量及影响的分析结果的不确定度主要来源有:样品的消解产生的不确定度、待测物测量过程中产生的不确定度、样品重复性实验不确定度。
The copper content in mineral was determined using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The standard deviation of the copper content repeated six times was calculated, and the recovery percent was calculated by adding copper standard solution into the sample. The steps of measurement uncertainty and the assessing methods in copper content were clarified. It summarized that the main source of indefinite component and the influencing the measurement uncertainty, which were digestion process for sample treatment, measurement appeared in the determination and the repetitive detection.
