摘要
目的探讨实行抗菌药物零差价销售的必要性和坚迫性。方法回顾抗菌药物临床应用的现状,分析抗菌药物滥用的原因和防治措施。结果抗菌药物滥用现象普遍,危害严重,防治措施收效甚微。结论 "以药养医"是抗菌药物滥用的根本原因,实行抗菌药物零差价销售势在必行。
