博尔宁胶囊治疗癌性疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Efficacy of Adjuvant Therapy of Boerning Capsules on Cancer Pain

目的观察博尔宁辅助治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将126例晚期癌症患者随机分为2组,观察组68例,应用硫酸吗啡缓释片同时加用博尔宁胶囊;对照组58例,单用硫酸吗啡缓释片,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组、对照组的疼痛完全缓解率分别为82.3%(56/68)、55.1%(32/58),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者用药后不良反应比较,在恶心呕吐、便秘、出汗及头晕嗜睡方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论博尔宁配合硫酸吗啡缓释片镇痛效果确切,二者可以起到协同作用,同时减轻吗啡副作用,是辅助治疗癌性疼痛的理想药物。

Objective To observe the efficacy of adjuvant treatment of Boerning capsules on cancer pain.Methods 126 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups： observe group（68 patients） were received Boerning capsules plus morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,and control group（58 patients） were received morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets only.Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results There was significant difference in pain relief rates in observe group 82.3%（56/68） and control group 55.1%（32/58）（P0.01）.And the adverse reactions such as queasiness,vomit,constipation,sweat,drowsiness and dizziness etc.in two groups were also compared（P0.01）.Conclusion The analgesic effect of Boerning capsules plus morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets is exact,and the adjuvant theropy of Boerning can ameliorate the adverse reactions induced by morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets.Boerning is the ideal drug for adjuvant treatment of cnacer pain.
