关节镜辅助下微创治疗复发性髌骨脱位 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨和评估关节镜辅助下微创治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床疗效。方法应用关节镜行损伤关节软骨修整、外侧髌骨支持带松解、取自体腘绳肌腱微创重建内侧髌股韧带,治疗复发性髌骨脱位10例。通过关节镜及X线观察髌骨轨迹,术后随访症状恢复及关节功能情况。结果本组病例中均采用关节镜下髌骨外侧支持带松解,取自体腘绳肌腱微创重建内侧髌股韧带的手术方法,经14个月随访,其中9例症状、体征消失,髌骨轨迹良好,关节功能正常。结论关节镜辅助下微创治疗复发性髌骨脱位创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
