一期前路病灶清除植骨单钉棒内固定治疗多发胸椎结核 被引量:2

A Period before Road Lesions Cleared Grafts are Single Nail Rod Internal Fixation Treatment of Multiple Thoracic Tuberculosis

摘要 目的对多发胸椎结核一期前路病灶清除植骨单钉棒内固定术的临床疗效进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2010年1月至2012年7月间我院收治的多发胸椎结核临床患者病例24例,给予单钉棒一期前路病灶清除植骨内固定术进行治疗,并对这患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果 24例患者16-30个月,平均25个月,观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.24%,手术后Cobbs角0-15度,平均7度,与手术前比较差异有统计学意义,所有植骨均骨性融合。结论对多发下胸椎结核患者实施单钉棒一期前路病灶清除植骨内固定术进行治疗的临床效果显著,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床给予推广。 Objective To multiple thoracic tuberculosis period before a clear road lesions for bone graft single nail rod fixation clinical curative effect analysis.Methods Randomly in January 2010-July 2012 were between our multiple thoracic tuberculosis cases clinical patients,24 cases were given a single nail stick period before road lesions cleared for bone graft and internal fixation for treatment,and the treatment effect of patients were analyzed.Results 24 patients 16-30 months,an average of 25 months,to observe the treatment of patients was 95.24%,and after surgery CobbsAngle 0 to 15 degrees,average 7 degrees,and preoperative comparative differences have statistical significance,all are for bone graft bony fusion.Conclusion To the patients with thoracic tuberculosis are implementing a single nail stick period before road lesions cleared for bone graft and internal fixation for treatment of clinical effect is remarkable,and has higher security,it is worth clinical give promotion.
