32例重症手足口病合并吞咽功能障碍的护理研究

Nursing Research of 32 Patients with Severe Hand Foot and Mouth Disease with Swallowing Dysfunction

目的探讨重症手足口病合并吞咽功能障碍的临床护理方法。方法对2009年2月至2012年2月之间收录的32例重症手足口病合并吞咽功能障碍患儿采取心理护理、病情护理、口腔护理、饮食护理和吞咽功能护理等。结果本次的32例患儿而通过采取针对性的护理,32例患儿已经康复出院,并且伴随的不同程度的吞咽功能障碍的情况也逐渐的恢复正常。结论对于重症手足口病合并有吞咽功能障碍采取全面、具体针对性的护理方法护理在整个疾病的治疗中占有重要的意义,而且也有效的改善了手足口病患儿的吞咽功能障碍。

ObjectiveTo study the severe hand,foot and mouth disease merger swallowing dysfunction clinical nursing methods.Methods In February 2009 to February 2012,collected between the 32 cases of severe hand,foot and mouth disease merger swallowing dysfunction children take psychological nursing,nursing condition,oral nursing,diet nursing and swallowing function nursing,etc.Results The 32 cases and through adopting the specific nursing,32 cases have been recovered and discharged,and with different degree of swallowing dysfunction situation also gradually returned to normal.Conclusion For severe hand,foot and mouth disease with swallowing dysfunction adopt comprehensive and specific targeted the nursing methods of nursing care in the treatment of diseases of the whole occupies the important meaning,but also effective to improve the hand,foot and mouth disease of children swallowing dysfunction.
