摘要
基于 ICMMS思想设计了新型抽水蓄能调速器 ,其故障诊断单元可进行故障的类别确定、定位、趋势分析。不仅使调速器本身运行可靠 ,而且还向预知维护子系统实时地提供状态、态势信息 ,便于故障处理 ,简化了维护子系统设计。传感器冗余设计进一步提高了系统可靠性。还设计了水泵优化控制、菜单式中文彩色图形界面、动态录波和性能指标计算等功能。现场运行经验证明 ,该系统运行可靠。
This paper puts forward an innovative intelligent control--maintenance--technical management system (ICMMS)based governor for pumped storage plants. Its fault diagnosis module can identify the fault. locate it and predict its tendency.As a result. it on one hand improves the reliability of the governor. and on the other hand simplifies the design of themaintenance subsystem by the sharing of real--time information, The proposed governor is a duplicate system includingredundant sensors, which is different from conventional duplicate one. Besides. software of optimal control on pumping.graphic menu--driven man--machine interface. record of dynamic waveforms and calculations of performance indexes aredesigned,This project is partly funded by the European Commission as INCO Project (No. 961744).
