摘要
简要介绍了深圳供电局生产管理信息系统的功能 ,对数据的产生和存在形式进行了分析 ,提出了“以设备为中心”的数据管理原则 ;按照 PDCA循环原理对生产管理业务流程重新设计 ;开发策略提出了“按需求自重构”的技术体系 ,介绍了它的工作原理和具体内容 ,以此设计思想和技术策略实现的生产管理信息系统在实际应用中收到了很好的效果。
The functions of production management information system in Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau are brieflyintroduced. A new kind of data management principle. facility center management. is proposed by analyzing the producingprocess and existing forms of data. According to the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) circle theory, the work flow is redesignedto meet with the practical demands. And another new technical system called 'self rebuilding according to demand' isproposed as a development strategy. Its working principle and detailed content are introduced. The application effects of theproposed design thought and technical strategy in the production management information system have been verified inpractice.
