突发手足口病疫情护理细节改变的探讨

Sudden Epidemic Situation of Hand Foot Mouth Disease Care Details Change Discuss

目的探讨在突发手足口病疫情中通过改变一些护理细节,从而达到更有效的防治和护理。方法针对突发手足口病疫情中除按规定程序进行护理消杀外,我科护理人员加以改变,如通过电脑录音进行健康宣教,简易体温表的制作及应用、病房程序化管理。结果我科救治398例患儿,医师能快速掌握每位患儿的病情动态信息,患儿家属能积极配合我科治疗、护理及消杀工作。结论在全套的护理消杀程序中,通过细节的改变能提高工作效率,促进医、护、患之间的配合。

Objective To discuss achievement of more effective treatment and nursing care by according to changing some nursing details in the unexpected hand-foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods About HFMD other than the nursing sterilize of the regulated procedure,we improve some methods,for example healthy education on broadcast;the making and the using of simple temperature table;procedural ward management.Result 398 children were cured in our depattment,doctor can master every shild’s state of an illness message quickly,child’s relation can coordination with our treatment,nursing and sterilize positively.Conculsion According to changing some nursing details can increase work efficiency in the whole nursing sterilize procedure,can improve cooperative relationship among doctor,nurse and patient.
