布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Budesonide Powder Inhaler in the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的对布地耐德粉吸入剂治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床治疗效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取本院自2009年1月至2011年12月期间所收治的特发性肺间质纤维化患者40例,随机平均分为治疗组和对照组两组,其中,治疗组采取布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗方案,对照组采取醋酸泼尼松片口服治疗方案,治疗12周,对两组患者在治疗前后的主要临床症状以及肺功能改善情况进行对比分析。结果治疗后治疗组显效8例,有效10例,总有效率为90.00%,对照组显效4例,有效7例,总有效率55.00%;两组患者动脉血氧分压均出现明显上升。结论布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗方案对于特发性肺间质纤维化治疗效果满意,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective Budesonide powder for inhalation in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis clinical treatment effect is analyzed and discussed.Methods Select our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were during the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patients 40 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group on average two groups,among which,the treatment group take budesonide powder inhaler treatments,and the control group take acetic acid prednisone piece of oral treatment,the treatment of twelve weeks,in two groups before and after treatment in patients with the main clinical symptoms and improve lung function were analyzed.Results The treatment group 8 cases were markedly improved,10 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 90.00%,and the control group 4 cases were markedly improved,effective in 7 cases,the total effective rate of 55.00%;two groups of patients,blood oxygen partial pressure all appear to rise significantly.Conclusion Budesonide powder inhaler treatments for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis treatment with satisfactory effect,have clinical application and promotion of value.
