小儿新农合患者单病种付费在临床应用中的效果评价

Application of Case Based Payment in Children Patients with New Rural Cooperative Medical Schema and its Effect Evaluation

目的探讨对小儿腹股沟疝单病种临床路径进行治疗和护理的优缺点。方法以2011年5月至2012年5月在我院小儿外科住院的腹股沟疝患者160作为研究对象。其中单病种患儿80例为研究组,非单病种腹股沟患儿80例为对照组。其两组费用、满意度等进行比较。结果例均住院总费用研究组较对照组明显降低,而医疗质量满意度和住院服务态度满意度调查两组比较无明显差别。结论单病种付费的临床路径管理能在保证医疗质量、患者满意度方面的前提下,能降低医疗费用,遏制了医疗费用的过快增长。

Objective To explore the advantage and disadvantage of pediatric inguinal hernia patients treated by following case-based payment system mode.Methods 160 cases of hospitalized pediatric patients with inguinal hernia from May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital were selected as research subject.The 160 hospitalized patients were divided into the control group and research group with 80 cases in each group.The research group was treated by following case-based payment system mode.The control group was given routine treatment.General medical cost and satisfaction degree of patients was surveyed for two groups and the results were compared.Results The average single case general cost in research group were lower than those of control group.The survey of satisfaction degree of medical quality and medical service were no difference signifecantly.Conclusion Clinical path-way management in casebased payment system can under the premise of guarantee medical quality and patient satisfaction degree under to reduce health care costs,slow down the excessive growth of medical expenses.
