冠心病患者的危险因素及其用药对策分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析冠心病的危险因素及用药对策。方法将2700例患者(试验组)与2700健康老年人(对照组)比较,查找冠心病危险因素。结果试验组中,高血压、糖尿病、冠心病家族史、体重指数、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、高半胱氨酸血症、炎性因子等因素均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。基于此,采取综合治疗方案予以治疗,效果显著。结论冠心病有多种危险因素,建议老年人定期去医院体检,早发现早治疗。 Objective To analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease and the therapeutic strategy.Methods 2700 patients(test group) and 2700 healthy elderly subjects(control group),to find the risk factors of coronary heart disease.Results Hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and family history,body weight index,apolipoprotein B(apoB),hyperhomocysteinemia,inflammatory cytokines and other factors were significantly higher in the trial group than those in the control group,There was significant difference(P0.05).Based on this,take a comprehensive treatment plan was more effective.Conclusion There are multiple risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease,so that we suggest the aged people should be regularly go to the hospital for examination,early detection and early treatment.
