奥平栓治疗108例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Suppository in the Treatment of 108 Cases of Chronic Cervicitis with HPV Infection

目的研究奥平栓治疗108例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床效果。方法 108例慢性宫颈炎患者均使用奥平栓治疗,6次为1个疗程,研究糜烂面积与临床疗效的关系、宫颈糜烂类型与临床疗效的关系、用药后的不良反应及治疗后临床症状消失情况。结果Ⅰ度宫颈糜烂的有效率为100%,Ⅱ度宫颈糜烂的有效率为96.15%,Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的有效率为80.00%,总的有效率为96.30%;单纯型糜烂的有效率为100.00%,颗粒型糜烂的有效率为91.84%,乳头型糜烂的有效率为88.89%,总有效率为96.30%;在治疗过程中,无明显不良反应;患者治疗后白带多临床症状的好转率为88.64%,腰酸的好转率69.57%,接触性出血的好转率为90.91%。结论奥平栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染具有较好的临床效果,促进糜烂面的愈合,使用方法简单、安全。

Objective The clinical effect for suppository in the treatment of 108 cases of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection was taken for research.Methods 108 cases of chronic cervicitis were all taken with suppository treatment,and six times were set as a course.The relation for the erosion area and clinical efficacy,the relation of cervical erosion types and clinical efficacy,the adverse reactions after treatment and clinical disappearing symptoms after treatment were taken for research.Results The effective rate for the Ⅰ degree of cervical erosion was 100%,and the effective rate of degree II cervical erosion was 96.15%,the effective rate of Ⅲ degree of cervical erosion was 80.00%.The total effective rate was 96.30%.The effective rate of sump the erosion was 100.00%.The particulate erosion rate was 91.84%,and the effective rate of nipple erosion was 88.89%,and the total effective rate was 96.30%.In the course of treatment,there were no significant adverse reactions.After treatment,the clinical symptoms improvement rate for patients with leucorrhea was 88.64%,and the improvement rate of backache was 69.57%,and the improvement rate for contact bleeding was 90.91%.Conclusion The suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis merger HPV infection has better clinical results,it can promote the healing of the erosion surface,and it is simple and safe.
