高效液相色谱法测定益气养血口服液中阿魏酸的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立测定益气养血口服液中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agela Promosil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-2%冰醋酸溶液(20:80),检测波长为316nm;柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果阿魏酸的线性范围为0.1001~1.001μg,R2=0.9998,平均回收率为99.52%,RSD为0.28%。结论本方法简便、快速,重现性好,可作为益气养血口服液质量控制的定量方法。 Objective Determination of ferulic acid in Yiqi Yangxue oral liquid HPLC method.Method The column was Agela Promosil C18 ( 250mm× 4.6mm , 5 μ m ); mobile phase of methanol-2%glacial acetic acid solution ( 20 : 80 ), at the detection wavelength of 316nm ; column temperature was 30℃ , the flow rate was 1mL · min -1 .Result Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.1001~1.001 μ g , R 2 =0.9998 , the average recovery was 99.52% , RSD was 0.28%.Conclusion The method is simple , rapid , reproducible , and can be used as Yiqi Yangxue oral liquid quantitative method in quality control of.
