摘要
随着居民收入水平不断提高,对理财产品需求加大,证券公司迎来了发展理财产品的良好机遇。目前证券公司理财产品市场还存在市场营销薄弱,缺乏完善的信息和风险披露机制,缺乏以投资者为中心的服务理念以及国家相关的法律法规不完善等问题。因此证券公司培育理财市场需要加大研发力度,增加新产品,扩大营销渠道,培育理财专家,建立完善的信息与风险披露机制,做好对理财产品市场的细分和客户群差异性分析,建议政府相关部门完善理财产品市场的法律法规。
With the improvement of the residents' income, the demand for financial products is in- creased, which brings opportunities for securities companies. At present, there are some problems in fi-nancial products markets of securities companies. The problems include that weak marketing, lack of perfect information and risk disclosure mechanism, etc. So securities companies should improve re-search and development, increase new products, widen marketing channels and make segmentation of financial product markets, and governments should improve relevant laws and regulations.
