牛蒡子苷对糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究牛蒡子苷(ARC)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:80只雄性昆明小鼠腹腔注射80 mg.kg-1链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病小鼠模型,将造模成功的40只小鼠随机分为牛蒡子苷低剂量组(200mg.kg-1)、牛蒡子苷高剂量组(400 mg.kg-1)、模型组和二甲双胍(500 mg.kg-1)组各10只,同时设立正常对照组10只。各组灌胃(ig)给药,连续4周。给药结束后测定小鼠体质量、空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、胰岛素(INS)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果:与对照组比较,模型组小鼠TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C水平降低(P<0.01);牛蒡子苷高剂量组可显著降低糖尿病小鼠血清中TC、TG水平(P<0.05),对血清中HDL-C水平有升高趋势,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),对血清LDL-C水平无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:牛蒡子苷能改善糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢。 Objective: To study the effect of arctiin on glucose and lipid metabolism in the streptozotocin (STZ) - induced diabetic mice. Methods: 80 nmle Ktmming mice were intraperitoneally injected with 80 mg - kg-I STZ to establish diabetic model mice. 40 model mice were randomly divided into low (lose group of aretiin (200 mg · kg-1), high dose group of arctiin (400 mg ·kg-1), model group and metbine (500 mg · kg-1 ) group, with 10 rats in each group and normal control group with 10 mice was prepared. Each group was given lg administration for 4 consecutive weeks. The mouse body weight, fasting blood glucose, glyco- sytated serum protein (GSP), insulin (INS), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL -C) were determined after the administration. Results: Compared witb those of the control group, TC, TG, LDL - C levels of model group increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), HDL - C level decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; high dose arctiin could decrease TC, TG level in serum of diabetic mice ( P 〈0.05 ), with the rise of serum in the HDL - C lev- el, hut no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ), no significant effect on serum LDL - C levels (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : Arctiin can improve the glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice.
