摘要
采用改性Hummers法成功地制备了薄纸状氧化石墨片层,并以水合肼为还原剂将制备的薄纸状氧化石墨片层还原为石墨烯纳米材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(RS)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等方法对合成产物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:石墨烯的厚度为0.36nm,层数为3。另外,对改性Hummers法制备薄纸状氧化石墨的反应机理进行了初步探讨,并分析了石墨氧化过程中各个反应阶段发生的化学反应过程。
The thin paper-like graphite oxide (GO) was prepared from the flake graphite by the modified hummers method, and then the graphene nanosheets was prepared by using hydrazine hydrate to reduce the graphene oxide. The structure and performance of the material was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy (RS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The resulting indicated that the thickness and number of layers of the gra- phene were 0. 36 nm and 3. Additional, the mechanism of the modified Hummers preparation of graphite oxide was pre- liminary studied, and the chemical reactions of graphite oxide in various stages were analysised.
