摘要
利用半导体制冷片、温度传感器、单片机STC12C5410AD以及等电路,设计了一种超磁致伸缩作动器新型温控系统。由PID控制算法控制半导体制冷片进行温度自动调节,保持超磁致伸缩作动器温度恒定。由编制的VC软件界面显示控制温度和其他参数,并通过计算机向单片机发出指令,控制半导体制冷片的驱动电流,自动调节作动器内部温度。
Semiconductor refrigeration plate, temperature sensor, micro-controller STC12C5410AD and other circuits were used to design a new kind of temperature control system of the giant magnetostrictive actuator. Semiconductor re- frigeration plate was controlled by the PID control algorithm for temperature controlling automatically. The temperature and other parameters were displayed in the computer by VC software programmed, and the computer sent these instruc- tions to the single chip,controlling the work current of semiconductor refrigeration plate to adapt the temperature of the giant magnetostrictive actuator automatically.
