一种新型悬臂梁式光纤光栅加速度传感器 被引量:4

A New Type of Fiber Grating Accelerometer with Cantilever Beam

摘要 建立了加速度传感器力学模型,设计了一个新型光纤加速度传感器;采用三维建模软件进行建模,并推导固有频率计算公式进行理论计算,采用ANSYS软件对板簧进行模态分析,对加速度传感器进行动态测试。实验结果表明,所设计传感器结构的固有频率可达到95Hz,灵敏度达到300pm/g,能扩大其工程应用的范围。 A mechanical model of accelerometert was built up and a new type of fiber grating accelerometer was de- signed. Modeling software was used to build up the model. The formulas of the natural frequency was deduced to do theo- retical calculation vial the model. Ansys software was used to do modal analysis and test-bed was conducted to do dynamic test on the accelerometer. Experiment results show that the natural frequency can achieve 95 Hz , the sensitivity can get to 300 pm/g. It can broaden its range in engineering appliance.
