摘要
发酵豆粕作为一种优质蛋白质原料,与普通豆粕相比,抗营养因子含量大幅度降低甚至消除,氨基酸含量丰富且结构合理,营养物质消化率高。本文就发酵豆粕的营养价值及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展作一综述。
Compared with unfermented soybean meal ,the content of anti-nutritional factors in fermented soybean meal greatly reduced or even eliminated, in addition, fermented soybean meal with balanced structure were rich in amino acids,and nutrition digestion increased a lot.The nutritional functions of fermented soybean meal and its application in livestock production were reviewed.
