缝网压裂施工工艺的现场探索 被引量:20

摘要 为进一步提高缝网压裂现场实施的有效性,首先分析了以往采用蜡球实现缝内封堵的不足之处,认为主要在于影响泵效、封堵强度不够和蜡球溶解致裂缝导流能力降低。然后通过筛选对比多种暂堵剂的性能,并结合室内支撑剂性能及导流能力实验,提出选用大粒径支撑剂作为缝内封堵剂。此外将端部脱砂压裂作为缝网压裂的实施技术应用到现场中,现场实施了9口井16层。压后分析显示2种方法都有效地提升了缝内净压力。缝网压裂试验井效果显著,与邻井相比,投产前3个月的日产油量分别提高了101.2%、103.8%、133.3%。该技术为低渗/特低渗储层的有效动用提供了有效的手段。 To improve the effectiveness of network fracturing,this paper details the disadvantages of the wax balls as blocking material,and they are reducing pumping efficiency,not having enough strength and reducing the fracture conductivity.Based on the proppant conductivity test,the blocking fracturing using large size proppant was recommended,and it has been applied in 15 layers of 9 wells.In addition,TSO fracturing also has been field tested in 1 layer.The analyses after fracturing show that both the two methods improve the fracture net pressure effectively.The oil production of first three months is 101.2%,103.8%,133.3% higher than that of adjacent wells,so the technology is one of effective ways in which make low/extra low permeability be developed economically.
