苏53区块裸眼水平井段内多裂缝体积压裂实践与认识 被引量:11

摘要 苏里格低渗透致密砂岩气藏水平井具有储层多、含气井段长、物性差等特点,裸眼封隔器分段压裂是提高单井产气量的有效措施。致密砂岩气藏水力压裂改造主要是在平面上改善储层渗流能力和纵向上提高储层剖面动用程度及有效性,储层改造体积与增产效果表现为明显的正相关。探讨了适合苏53区块裸眼水平井的体积压裂模式,提出了段内多裂缝体积压裂工艺与实现方法,现场试验增产效果良好,为苏里格气田的高效开发开辟了新的技术思路。 The horizontal wells in low permeability tight sandstone gas reservoirs of Sugeli were featured by multiple layers,long gas-bearing section and poor physical properties,so open hole packer staged fracturing is an effectively measure to enhance single well gas production.The key points of hydraulic fracturing for tight sandstone gas reservoirs are mainly improving reservoir percolation capacity on the plane and increasing the producing degree and validity of reservoir profile in the vertical,and there is an obviously positive correlation between stimulated volumes of reservoir and yield increasing effect.Volume fracturing mode adaptable to open hole horizontal well of Zone Su53 was investigated,and then this paper proposed the technique and realize method of multiple crack volume fracturing.Great stimulation effect in field has established a new technique thought for high efficient development of Sugeli gas reservoir.
