摘要 钻井、完井、采油是石油勘探开发过程中的重要组成部分。提出了以采油优先的一体化设计模式的理念,在钻井工艺设计之初就考虑井身剖面对后期完井、采油的影响,建立钻井服务于采油的设计理念,改变完井工艺与举升工艺的被动设计状态,实现对油井全生命周期的过程化管理。在分析钻井井身剖面对后期采油影响因素的基础上,利用层次分析法和模糊评判理论,建立抽油机井井身剖面评价指标体系,优选出最佳的井眼设计轨迹。通过现场应用表明,以采油优先的一体化设计模式,极大地改善了后期采油管理的不利局面,为油田长期有效开发提供了借鉴。 Well drilling,completion,and oil production are regarded as important constituent steps in the procedure of petroleum exploration and development.A concept of integral design pattern with oil production as priority is proposed and developed.The influences of well profile on well completion and oil production at later stages are taken into consideration at the beginning of drilling design,setting up the concept that drilling serves oil production,which changes the passive status of completion and lifting designs,and implements the process management for wells during the whole life cycles.Based on the observation of the influencing factors of well profile affecting oil production at later stages,the analytical hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation theory are applied to establish wellbore profile evaluation indicators for pumping wells,and to optimizing borehole trajectory.By the field applications in North China Oilfield,it is shown that novel pattern is able to improve the disadvantages in oil production management at later stages,and to provide references for sustainable development of oilfields.
