摘要 什邡气田新区气井压裂过程中,前期监测压力波动大,且压后增产效果普遍较差,分析主要原因是多裂缝效应明显,主缝延伸困难,压裂液效率低,有效缝长短。通过优化排量和支撑剂段塞泵入时间,配合纤维携砂工艺、较低浓度瓜胶压裂液和高效返排工艺,后续MP75、SF6等井压裂施工在前置液初期监测压力变得平稳,残液返排快且返排率高,有效提高了压裂液效率,压后效果较工艺改进前有较大幅度的提高,为高效开发该区提供了有效的途径。 The monitoring fracturing pressure fluctuate greatly,and the production is poor after the treatment.The main reasons are analyzed to be near-wellbore obvious multi-fracture effect,difficult extension of the main crack,low fracturing fluid efficiency,and small effective fracture length.Through the optimization of delivery capacity and proppant slug pumping time,and combined with the fiber sand carrying technology and low concentration guar gum fracturing fluid and efficient flowback technology,the monitoring pressure becomes stable during pre-liquid phase and fracturing fluid flow back fast with high flowback rate.Fracturing fluid efficiency and stimulation effect are increased effectively.The technology is applied on Well MP75,Well SF6,etc.with greatly improved effect.This study results provide a reference for similar gas field exploration and development.
