作为先进的线性规划软件,PIMS在原料选择、产品调合、生产计划、库存和供应管理等方面能做到自动优化,最终实现企业的经济效益最大化。阐述了PIMS软件相比EXCEL表格在建立全厂总加工流程模型中的应用优势,介绍了PIMS模型开发和应用中所取得的经验。重点阐述了改扩建炼油厂利旧装置子模型的建立,如利旧常减压蒸馏装置的整个PIMS建模流程。此问题可通过建立性质传递来实现,即将减压蜡油和减压渣油的含量作为进料常压渣油的性质,并以此为媒介传递到下游装置,实现数据的衔接;建模过程涉及到的表格有:原油评价数据表、原油蒸馏塔数表、馏分类型表等;通过调试,程序运行成功,可借助PIMS报表系统读取出装置物料平衡图。
PIMS, as an advanced linear program software, is widely applied in feedstock selection, prod uct blending, production planning, warehousing and supply management, etc. to maximize the economic ben efits of the enterprises. The advantages of applying PIMS software over EXCEL in establishment of model of overall plant configuration as well as PIMS model development and application experience are introduced. The model establishment for a refinery expansion project utilizing existing process units such as the process for es tablishment of P/MS model for utilizing the existing atmosphericvacuum distillation is described in detail. This can be realized by establishment of property recursion, i.e. the contents of vacuum distillate and vacuum resi due are used as the properties of atmospheric residue feed. The associated data are calculated for the down stream units based upon these property data. In model establishment, the crude assay data sheet, crude distil lation column data sheet, distillate classification data sheet, property estimate data sheet and vacuum tower submodel data sheet, etc. The model runs very successfully after test run, and material balance diagram can be read from PIMS report system.
