低频磁场旋转治疗晚期恶性肿瘤32例临床分析 被引量:2

Clinical analysis of 32 cases on the treatment of advanced malignant tumor by low-frequency rotation magnetic fields

摘要 目的探讨ZCX-Ⅱ型低频磁场旋转治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法随机选择临床放弃治疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者32例,依据患者采用低频磁场旋转治疗参数的不同,将患者分为A、B、C、D、E 5个治疗组,其中A组患者4例,B组患者15例,C组患者3例,D组患者3例,E组患者7例,治疗范围包括原发病灶及转移器官和淋巴结。结果采用低频磁场旋转治疗后,全部患者的临床症状和体征均得到不同程度的缓解,其性别、年龄、病种、治疗参数以及既往是否采用过其它抗肿瘤治疗方法等,不影响低频旋转磁场治疗恶性肿瘤的效果,治疗次数和每次治疗时间与疗效明显相关。结论经临床初步观察,低频旋转磁场治疗恶性肿瘤具有一定疗效,但由于本组例数较少,故有待于扩大样本量后再予以评价。 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the ZCX-Ⅱ low-frequency rotation magnetic fields treatment system on advanced malignant tumor.Methods 32 patients with advanced malignant tumor who had been given up clinically were randomly chosen,and were divided into Group A,B,C,D and E according to different treatment parameters of low-frequency rotation magnetic fields.Group A parameter was applied to 4 patients,Group B 15 patients,Group C 3 patients,Group D 3 patients and Group E 7 patients.Treatment area included original disease,subclinical disease and organ or regional lymph nodes suspected having metastasis.The patients received the treatment which lasted 1~2 hours once per day for a total number of 30~50 days(mean: 42 days).Results The patients clinical symptoms and signs were significantly relieved after the treatment by low-frequency rotation magnetic fields.It is likely that gender,age,disease type,treatment parameter and whether having had other anti-tumor therapies or not did not influence rotation magnetic fields therapeutic effect on advanced malignant tumor.Its therapeutic effect was apparently related to treatment frequency and treatment time.Conclusions Through the tentative observation,the low-frequency rotation magnetic fields treatment system have certainly healing effect,but number of example is fewer due to our group,therefore wait on enlarge the sample size after curing again and give the evaluation.
