育人为本 强化特色 质量第一:走内涵提高、特色强校的发展道路

Educators have to Stick to the Aims of Educating People,Emphasize Characteristics and Keep the first Place of the Quality of Education:University must Adhere to the Path of Improving the Quality of Teachers,and Emphasizing Characteristics of the University

《关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》是国家教育部把胡锦涛同志在清华大学建校百年纪念大会上的讲话精神和国家教育规划纲要进一步转化为具体政策所提出的三十条具体措施。广西艺术学院贯彻落实《若干意见》的重点就是抓住机遇,开拓创新,坚持走内涵式特色发展的道路。学校要立足自身,服务地方,放眼东盟,把握经济文化发展需求,确立人才培养的中心地位,探索建立全方位、立体化的人才培养体系。同时要制定人才培养的质量标准,不断提高人才培养质量,要不断加强教师队伍建设,要坚持对外开放,协同创新,力争各项经费保障,提升学校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新能力和水平。

The State Ministry of Education issued several opinions on comprehensively improve the quality of higher education,which transfer and convey Chairman Hu Jintao's speech given on the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua University,were proposed further into 30 specific measures.Guangxi Art Institute implements a number of opinions and emphasizes that the importance of the opinions is to seize the opportunity,to innovate,and adhere to the path of development of connotative features.
