良性前列腺增生动物模型研究进展

Animal models of benign prostatic hyperplasia

良性前列腺增生(Benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)是慢性进展性疾病,近年来对于BPH动物模型的研究取得了很大进展。中医药治疗BPH的动物实验研究要选择恰当的动物模型,由此所得到的实验结果才科学可靠。本文主要介绍BPH动物模型的各种制备方法,并对前列腺炎导致前列腺增生做了简短叙述,期望能够研发出新的比较公认的合并前列腺炎的BPH动物模型。

BPH is a chronic and often progressive disease. Recently great progress has been made in developing BPH animal model. We should select the proper BPH animal model to ensure that the experimental results are scientific and reliable. In this paper we will briefly review the effect of chronic prostatitis on BPH in order to develop a novel and reliable BPH animal model.
