泸州市大学生艾滋病相关知识认知情况调查

Cognition of AIDS-related knowledge among university students in Luzhou

目的:了解泸州市大学生有关艾滋病相关知识水平现状,为有效地进行健康教育和研究预防措施提供理论依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法于2012年抽取泸州市四川警察学院、四川化工职业技术学院、泸州医学院三所大学在校的2803名大学生,进行匿名问卷调查。结果:大学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况较好,但对"蚊虫是否会传播艾滋病病毒"的知晓率不高,知晓率仅只有50%左右;医学生的知晓情况好于非医学生;男生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况好于女生;城镇学生的平均正确率也高于农村学生;高年级学生对知识的知晓情况比低年级学生要好。结论:大学生对艾滋病知识总体认知水平较高,但是掌握不全面,个别知识点存在误区。高校应加强艾滋病相关知识的宣传教育,做好大学生艾滋病预防干预工作。

Objectives： The aim of this study is to investigate the cognition level of AIDS- related knowledge among university students in Luzhou in order to provide theoretical foundation for efficient health education and prevention. Methods： In 2012, by adopting the method of stratified cluster sampling in Luzhou, we conducted an anonymous survey on 2,803 students in Sichuan Police College, Sichuan Chemical Vocational and Technical College, and Luzhou Medical College. Results： University students know well about AIDS -related knowledge. However, the cognition level about ＂whether mosquito can spread AIDS vires＂ is as low as 50%. Moreover, medical students grasp the AIDS -related knowledge better than the non -medical students, while the boys performed better than the girls, and the senior students performed better than the junior students. Moreover, urban students＇ average knowledge accuracy is higher than that of rural students ; Conclusion： Generally, university students have good cognition of AIDS - related knowledge. However, they do not grasp the knowledge comprehensively. In other words, they cannot totally understand some knowledge about AIDS, and therefore, the universities should strengthen the AIDS - related knowledge education and do well in AIDS prevention intervention.
