高度近视患者中医证候与年龄、视野的相关性研究 被引量:8

Correlation study of syndrome and symptom of traditional Chinese medicine with age and visual field of high myopia patients

摘要 目的研究高度近视患者中医证侯与年龄、视野的关系。方法高度近视患者157例(278只眼),根据年龄分为10~29岁组,30~49岁组,50~69岁组和70~89岁组,所有患者填写中医证候量化表、病例报告表,并行眼底检查和视野检查。对不同年龄患者的眼底病变、证侯特点进行统计;对证侯积分、年龄和视野指数进行多元线性回归分析。结果高度近视患者随着年龄增加,眼底发生病变的比例增加,同时中医证候由气阴两虚向肝肾亏虚转变。其中医证候积分与年龄及平均光敏感度(mean sensitivity MS)有相关性,得出的回归方程为:中医证候积分=13.416+0.394×年龄-0.410×MS(F=55.362,P=0.000)。结论随着年龄增长,高度近视患者的证侯类型有从气阴两虚逐渐向肝肾亏虚转变的趋势。中医证侯的轻重程度与患者年龄、视野MS值存在线性依存关系。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation of symptom of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with the age and the index of perimetry of high myopia patients.METHODS One hundred and fifty-seven high myopia patients(278 eyes) were divided into four groups according to their ages: 10~29 years old group,30~49 years old group,50~69 years old group and 70~89 years old group.All the patients were given fundus and visual field examination and filled TCM symptom quantization table and case report form(CRF).Then all the data of fundus lesions and characteristics of symptoms were analyzed.The multiple linear regression analysis was used to study TCM syndrome scores,ages and index of visual field changes.RESULTS The older the high myopia was,the higher incidence the retinal degeneration would be.As they got older the TCM syndrome of the high myopia aggravated from Qi-Yin deficiency symptom to Liver and Kidney deficiency symptom.The score of symptom of TCM had correlation with age and MS of high myopia.The regression equation was as follows: The score of symptom of TCM =13.416 + 0.394×age-0.410×MS(F=55.362,P=0.000).CONCLUSIONS As the age of high myopic patients increasing the TCM syndrome was changing from Qi-Yin deficiency to Liver and Kidney deficiency symptom.The TCM syndrome had linear correlation with age and perimetry index of MS.
