90岁以上高龄患者白内障超声乳化术的临床观察

Observation of phacoemulsification on 90 year old or above

目的总结分析90岁以上高龄患者白内障手术的特点、临床疗效及术后并发症。方法对37例(47只眼)≥90岁的白内障患者行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,分析术后视力及并发症。结果术后视力≥0.05者37例(47只眼),≥0.3者22例(27只眼),脱盲率100%,其中59.46%患者摆脱二级低视力。术前与术后1周、术后3周角膜内皮细胞数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 90岁以上高龄患者可以接受白内障超声乳化手术,术前完善全身检查,术中使用心电监护,手术技术娴熟,可减少并发症,获得满意效果。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the characteristics of the clinical curative effect and postoperative complications of patients above 90 year old with cataract surgery.METHODS Thirty-seven patients（47 eyes） above 90 yeas of age were performed phacoemulsification with IOL implantation,and visual acuity and complications were analyzed.RESULTS Postoperative visual acuity was 0.05 in 37 patients（47 eyes）,≥0.3 in 22 cases（27 eye）,and effective rate 100%.The rate of getting rid of level II low vision was 48.94%.Preoperative and postoperative 1 week,3 weeks after operation,corneal endothelial cell number were significantly different statistically（P 0.01）.CONCLUSIONS Cataract patients over 90 years old could accept phacoemulsification if preoperative body check had been well done,ECG monitoring had been used during operation as well as the doctors were surgically skilled.
