摘要
主动脉内球囊反搏术(Intra Aortic Balloon Pump,IABP),目前已被广泛地应用于心血管领域,尤其在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用研究进展最快。IABP是一种以机械辅助循环功能的机械性装置,主要通过反搏球囊的充放气,增加主动脉内舒张压,从而增加冠状动脉供血,降低收缩压,减少左心室后负荷。主动脉内球囊反搏术的临床应用,明显增加了冠状动脉介入治疗的安全性,使越来越多的高危复杂冠心病,特别是急性心肌梗死(AcuteMyocardial Infarction,AMI)患者得到有效的介入性诊治,降低了患者的住院死亡率,改善了患者的长期预后。加强IABP围手术期的护理有利于其临床的普及推广。
Intra aortic balloon pump(IABP) is a mechanical device supporting circulatory function, now has been widely used in cardiology, especially in interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction. The charging and discharging gas of the reverse stroke balloon increases the intra-aortic diastolic pressure, increases the blood supply in coronary, reduces the systolic pressure and decreases the afterload of the left ventricular. The clinical application of the intra-aortic balloon pump significantly increases the safety of percutaneous coronary intervention for patients with high-risk coronary artery disease, especially acute myocardial infarction. It facilitates patients to get effective diagnosis and interventional treatment, reducing the in-hospital mortality and improving the long-term prognosis, the perioperative nursing should be strengthened for its wide clinical application.
