膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎的MRI诊断

MRI diagnosis of osteochondritis dissecans in the knee

目的分析膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎的MRI表现,探讨MRI诊断的应用价值。方法收集经关节镜术后证实为剥脱性骨软骨炎患者的MRI影像资料30例,回顾分析其MRI表现特点,并将其MRI征象与关节镜术中所见及诊断结果进行比较。结果 30例中膝关节股骨内侧髁26例,外侧髁4例,其MRI表现与关节镜术中所见基本一致。结论膝关节剥脱性骨软骨炎的MRI表现具有特征性,MRI表现与关节镜术中所见具有较好的一致性,可作为该病的首选检查方法。

Objective To evaluate MRI diagnosis of osteochondritis dissecans. Methods MRI of 30 patients with osteochondritis dissecans was correlated with arthroscopy. Results The medial femoral condyle was the most commonly affected location in the knee （26/30） followed by the lateral femoral condyle （4/30）. There was high correlation between the MRI manifestation and arthroseopy. Conclusion Osteochondritis dissecans in the knee hasspecific MRI manifestations with high arthroscopic correlation and can be diagnosed by MRI.
