磁共振TRICKS技术在肢体肿瘤血管成像中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨磁共振TRICKS技术在肢体肿瘤血管成像中的应用。方法 5 6例怀疑肢体肿瘤性病变患者行常规MRI平扫,注射对比剂后应用TRICKS技术行血管成像,最后行常规MRI增强扫描,分析TRICKS技术对肢体肿瘤血管的显示情况,并与病理或DSA对照。评价TRICKS技术对肢体肿瘤血管的显示能力及临床意义。结果 56例全部成功完成TRICKS肢体血管成像,TRICKS技术能动态显示不同时相的肢体血管,可清晰显示体肢血管细小分支,可明确显示肿瘤的供血特征。结合常规平扫和增强MRI图像进行诊断,均与DSA或病理相符。结论 TRICKS技术是一种无创、快捷,能三维动态全程显示肢体血管及肿瘤血供特征的磁共振血管成像方法,为临床的诊断及治疗提供高质量的影像资料。 Objective To assess value of magnetic resonance TRICKS vascular imaging in limb tumor. Methods Fifty-six patients with suspected limb tumor on conventional MRI underwent contrast-enhanced MRA using the TRICKS technology. The tumor vascularity displayed on MRA was compared with DSA and pathology. Results TRICKS MRA of the extremities was successful on all patients demonstrating the limb vascularity in different phases. The tumor vascularity including the small vascular branches was clearly depicted and correlated well with DSA and pathology. Conclusion TRICKS technology allows noninvasive, and high-quality 3-D dynamic display of limb vessels and tumor vascularity.
