摘要
依托地铁盾构下穿既有铁路的工程实例,对盾构施工和上部运营铁路的影响进行了分析研究,介绍了不同规程、规范对铁路路基和轨道沉降的管理规定,采用有限元分析计算了地层加固前后的沉降,结果表明采用地层加固可有效减少地面沉降,提出了地层加固的实施方案,对地层加固、盾构施工、监测等方面提出了控制要求。
In this article, based on the actual case of metro shield crossing below the existing railway, the influence between the shield construction and the railway operation above was investigated. This article introduced the regulations and provisions on the settlement of railway subgrade and track in different codes. The settlements before and after subsoil reinforcing were calculated using finite element analysis. The calculation results show that the settlement was efficiently reduced by means of subsoil reinforcing. Furthermore, an implementation plan of subsoil reinforcing was provided, and some control requirements for subsoil reinforcing, shield construction and its monitoring etc were proposed.
