摘要
"辛甘化阳"是药味合化反应的主要形式之一。该理论发端于《黄帝内经》,应用于张仲景,发展于金元明,提出于清代郑钦安。对"辛甘化阳"实质的认识不应停留在发散风寒、温补阳气上,而应从阴阳属性的角度,结合具体的方药进行。"辛甘化阳"的核心在于"阳"的特性——向外、温热、主动,包括辛甘发散和辛甘温通。辛甘发散类方药具有向外的特性,可见于发散风寒类方药、发散风热类方药以及透邪外出的清气分热方药;辛甘温通类方药具有温热、主动的特性,可见于温里、补益、行气活血、祛湿除痰、消食、泻下等方药。
Forming yang with the pungent medicinals, and it is originated in Huangdi and sweet is one of combination reactions of Chinese Neijing, applied by ZHANG Zhong-jing, developed in dynasties of Jin, Yuan and Ming, and presented by ZHENG Qin-an in Qing Dynasty. Forming yang with the pungent and sweet is more than dispersing wind-cold and warm tonifying yang-qi, so the understand should be put on specific formulas and medicinals from the angle of yin-yang attributes. The kernel of forming yang with the pungent and sweet lies in the characteristics of yang: outward, warm and active, including pungent-sweet dispersing and pungent-sweet warm draining. The formulas and medicinals with actions of pungent-sweet dispersing have outward features, such as formulas and medicinals of dispersing wind-cold, dispersing wind-heat, outthrnsting pathogen and clearing qi aspect heat. The formulas and medicinals with actions of pungent-sweet warm draining have warm and active features, such as formulas and medicinals of warming interior, nourishing, moving qi, activating blood, dispelling dampness, eliminating phlegm, helping digestion and purgation.
